Overview
Binglaha is an Omaha Hi/Lo variant with a twist: after flop betting, a die is rolled to determine whether the pot splits or goes high-only. Like standard Omaha, the final hand uses exactly 2 hole cards + exactly 3 community cards.

How It's Played
- Each player is dealt 4 hole cards face-down.
- Five community cards are dealt in three streets: Flop (3), Turn (1), River (1). Blinds structure (SB / BB) with SB acting first pre-flop and on the flop; BB acting first on the turn and river.
- After flop betting, a die is rolled:
- 1–3: Split pot — high hand and best qualifying low (A–8) each win half
- 4–6: High only — entire pot goes to best high hand
Hand Construction (Omaha Rule)
You must use exactly 2 of your 4 hole cards and exactly 3 of the 5 community cards to make your best 5-card hand. You may use a different 2-hole + 3-community combination for your high and low halves.
Low Hand (8 Qualifier)
Only applies when the die rolls 1–3. You need five unique ranks all 8 or lower, aces count as low. The nut low is A-2-3-4-5 (the wheel, which also counts as a straight for high).
Strategy Tips
- A-2 in your hole cards retains scoop potential regardless of the die roll — you still win the high if the die goes 4–6
- The die roll introduces variance: strong low hands lose half their value on a 4–6 roll, so discount low-only holdings slightly
- Suited A-2 combos are doubly powerful — they can scoop hi/lo and make nut flushes on high-only boards
- Remember the Omaha rule: you cannot play 3 hole cards, even if you hold a made straight or flush in hand
