Within 30 days of purchase, ask and you get your money back. No form to fill in, no reason required, no questions about how much you played. Use the contact form, mention the email address you bought with, and we will refund the $10.
Player One Poker costs $10 once. Three of the games are free precisely so you can find out whether you like how it plays before paying for the rest. We hope you enjoy the game. If you don't, and you are within the refund window, we want you to have your purchase price back.
Checkout runs on Stripe Managed Payments, so Link is the merchant of record for your purchase. Two practical consequences:
LINK.COM* followed by
our descriptor, not "Poker Game Database". If you were about to report an
unrecognised charge — that is what it is.Either ask Link support, using the receipt email from your purchase — that is the fastest route, because it goes straight to the party holding the transaction.
Or come to us:
You will get a reply within two business days. The refund is returned to your original payment method. Your bank then typically takes five to ten business days to post it — that part is out of everyone's hands but theirs.
A refunded license key is deactivated. The paid variants stop being playable on your devices the next time the game checks in; Texas Hold'em, Seven-Card Stud, and Five-Card Draw stay free and keep working, as they do for everyone.
The guarantee above runs out, but write to us anyway. If the game stopped working, was not what the page described, or you bought it twice by accident, that gets sorted out regardless of the calendar. The 30 days is a promise about the easy cases, not a wall around the hard ones.
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you cancellation or refund rights beyond this policy — for example a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases. This policy sits on top of those rights and does not replace or reduce them.
Please ask — either door above — before disputing a charge with your bank.
A chargeback on a $10 digital purchase costs considerably more than the
purchase to resolve on both sides, and there has never yet been a case a short
email did not settle faster. If the reason you were reaching for the dispute
button is that LINK.COM* looked unfamiliar on your statement, see
the section above — that is us.
