Lazy Pineapple is the most relaxed of the Pineapple family — players receive three hole cards and never discard. All three cards are kept for the entire hand. At showdown, players may use any zero, one, or two of their three hole cards (combined with the five community cards) to make the best five-card hand. The hand plays exactly like Texas Hold'em from a betting perspective.

Suited connectors and pairs are more valuable than in Hold'em since you have an extra card to work with
Bluffing is harder when opponents know you hold three hole cards and have more potential hands
Board-reading becomes more complex — a scary board doesn't mean the same thing it does in Hold'em
At showdown, carefully evaluate all three two-card combinations from your hand before choosing
