There are no blinds in PLO Flip — every player antes before the deal. The player to the left of the dealer acts first on all betting rounds.
The Deal
Each player receives four private hole cards face-down.
Hand Formation Rule
IMPORTANT: Players must use exactly 2 of their four hole cards and exactly 3 community cards to make their best five-card hand. This is the standard Omaha rule.
Betting Rounds
- Pre-Flop: After hole cards are dealt
- Flop: Three community cards revealed
- Turn: Fourth community card revealed
- River: Fifth community card revealed

- Four hole cards give many more possible hand combinations than Hold'em
- Connected and suited cards work best in PLO
