Community Card Game · Blinds · Split Pot · 8 Qualifier
Overview
Super Hold'em 8 is Super Hold'em with a split pot. The high half is won by the best five-card hand (using any zero to three hole cards combined with community cards). The low half is won by the player with the lowest five-card hand made entirely of unique ranks from Ace through 8 — this requires five cards all ranked 8 or lower with no repeated ranks. A-2-3-4-5, known as the "wheel," is the best possible low. If no player qualifies for low, the high hand wins the entire pot.

Key Rules
Three hole cards; use any zero, one, two, or three at showdown
Split Pot: High hand (best 5-card poker hand) / Low hand (five unique ranks A through 8, all 8 or below, lowest wins)
8 Qualifier: must have five unique ranks all 8 or lower to win the low half
A player can use different card combinations for their high and low hands
Best low: A-2-3-4-5 (the "wheel") — Ace counts as 1 for low
Split Pot — The Low Hand
To qualify for the low half of the pot, a player must be able to make a five-card hand using five unique ranks, all 8 or lower, using any combination of hole cards and community cards. Ace plays low (as 1). If no player qualifies, the high hand scoops the entire pot.
Low example: A-2-3-4-5 (the "wheel") — the best possible low hand
Does not qualify: A-2-3-4-9 (9 is higher than 8)
Does not qualify: A-2-3-4-4 (repeated rank — must be five unique ranks)
Low Hand Comparison
Compare the highest card of each low hand — lower is better. If tied on the highest, compare the next highest, and so on. The hand with the lowest high card wins.
A-2-3-4-5 beats A-2-3-4-6 (5 is lower than 6 as the highest card)
A-2-3-4-8 loses to A-2-3-4-7 (8 is higher than 7)

Key rule: A player can use one combination of cards for the high hand and a different combination for the low hand — maximizing chances of scooping or splitting the pot.
Strategy Tips
Starting hands with A-2 or A-2-3 in your three hole cards have strong low potential — you already have the two lowest possible ranks
Suited low cards give you both flush draw and low draw potential simultaneously
Watch the board: you need at least two low community cards to make a qualifying low hand from your hole cards
Scooping (winning both high and low) is the goal — an Ace-low suited hand with a second low card is ideal
If the board bricks on low cards (all 9s and above), no one qualifies for low and the high hand scoops
