Stud Game — Split Pot (Razz / Badugi) with Initial Discard · 6 Players Max
Overview
Super Razzdugi combines the Razzdugi split-pot format with the Super mechanic: four cards face-down plus one door card, then discard two hole cards after the bring-in. The pot splits between the best 5-card A-5 Razz hand and the best 4-card Badugi (aces low). A 4-card Badugi qualifier is required to win the Badugi half — if no one qualifies, the Razz winner takes the full pot.

Ante & Bring-In
All players post an ante. Aces are LOW. The player with the highest door card brings in. After the bring-in, each active player calls/raises and discards two hole cards.
Split Pot: Razz Half (A-5)
Best 5-card A-5 Razz low hand from the remaining 7 cards. A-2-3-4-5 is the wheel (best hand). Straights and flushes ignored.
Split Pot: Badugi Half (Qualifier)
Best 4-card Badugi hand, with aces low. A 4-card Badugi is required to qualify. If no player holds a 4-card Badugi (four unique ranks and suits), the Razz winner takes the entire pot.
Strategy Tips
Four hole cards let you target the perfect scoop: keep two cards of different suits and low ranks to start both halves
The 4-card Badugi qualifier is strict — you must hold cards in all four suits among your 7 cards
An ace in two different suits from your hole cards is a great foundation for both Razz and Badugi
If opponents have no suit diversity visible in their upcards, they may be unable to qualify for Badugi — letting you scoop by default
